HERIZEN™ Sailing and Self-Awareness courses are inspired and designed for women by women.
We provide personalized women sailing lessons, dynamic sailing and self-awareness programs, fun Yoga and women sailing adventures, executive sailing retreats for novices and women with experience guaranteed to build confidence and expand your sailing and personal or professional skills.

HERIZEN™ Sailing school for women offers a range of sailing and self-awareness courses, women sailing adventures combining women sailing and Yoga in the Gulf Islands, San Juan Islands, Desolation Sound and Van Isle Circumnavigations in beautiful British Columbia, Canada as well as tropical sailing adventures for women in the British Virgin Islands, Thailand Sailing for Women, Baja Sailing for Women Adventures and Women Sailing Belize.
Our women personalized sailing school offers Canadian Yachting Association Basic, Intermediate and Advanced women sail training. We also offer the Canadian Coast Guard Pleasure Craft operator exams. Ask for details.
